I would say worst customer service ever, but a better representation of my experience would be to say NO customer service whatsoever. The people working here seemed bothered that I was there. Employees were slumped over the counters, on their phones, and barely said anything at all. I’m sure most of the 5-star reviews posted here are only because they have a QR code at the counter: scan here and leave a 5-star review for a free pizza. Are you kidding…

The gluten-free (friendly) crust was so much better than I expected 😋. Im so glad I have the option to continue to support this business that does so much for the disability community. And the pizza is always good.

I recently tried MOD Pizza and went for the veggie option. The pizza was really tasty, with a great selection of fresh toppings. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience enjoyable. If you’re in the mood for a customizable vegetarian pizza, MOD Pizza is definitely a great choice!

We love MOD pizza! It’s our regular weekly lazy meal outing. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly. The food is, of course, absolutely delicious! We usually get the cauliflower crust pizzas and bread sticks. Our favorite pizzas are the MAD DOG, Jaseper, and my version of a supreme (mushrooms, pepperoni, spicy sausage, onions, bell pepper, spinach, mozzarella). My kids have no idea they are even eating cauliflower crust— that’s how perfect these pizzas are cooked! My kids love their little brownie desserts, too.
